Terms And Conditions
Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions via our website as well as orders via email or over the phone. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please be aware we have the right to refuse to supply any goods ordered by you.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier! Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. You may also change elements of the item & give us your required measurements. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Privacy & Security
At Personalised Printing Ltd, we promise to respect your privacy. Please be assured that we will never pass on your details to third party organisations and that your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence. We know that security is your top concern when buying online. We use the shopify secure websites to ensure that all your personal and credit card details remain completely confidential. We DO NOT store any credit card details in any way. In fact, we do not see any details at all!
We will only send you an invoice to pay where you have the option to pay with your credit or debit card or BACS. When taking payment via phone, your details are inputted as you tell us, into the secure shopify admin where your card number is not visible for us or anyone to see. We do not hold/store your details in any way. All Orders are processed in accordance with local law and no information is sold to third parties.
We accept payment via PayPal, debit, credit card, Klarna, Shopify Secure Payment and BACS.
Orders cannot be processed until payment has been made and cleared. If you are paying by BACS, we can start to process your order before payment has cleared if we receive proof that payment has been sent i.e. a screenshot of a bank transfer.

Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order."
We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason we see fit.
All boards are handmade and made to order, we cannot guarantee that the boards will be cut the exact size that is required. *This is due to the cutting equipment and blades that we use, the boards can be up to 5mm out on each side that is cut. Also, be aware tape measures vary between brands and can give a different a slightly different measurement.
If you purchase more than one board of any kind. We cannot guarantee that every board will be cut to the same size (*as above).
Description Of ProductsWe try to ensure all of our items are described as accurately as possible, but please be aware all images and descriptions are provided as a guide only, actual products may vary slightly. Please note products may appear different on computer screens, especially in terms of colour accuracy, so if you are unsure about the look or colour of a certain product please contact us.
All of our items are handmade. The chalkboards are cut by hand and roller painted. Our Frames and A-Boards are also made by our in-house carpenter! Please be aware due to our products being handmade that their appearance, texture, and colour will vary slightly.
DesignWe always try to get as much information as possible from our customers regarding their design requirements to make sure the work meets their specific requirements.
Our designers are happy to make minor adjustments and changes to the artwork. However, if there are major changes or a customer has changed their design brief and the artwork has to be re-designed this will incur an extra design charge of £20.
APPROVAL PROCESS AND TERMS:
You will receive a design approval email, where you can inform us of minor changes, at this point we urge you to check all spelling, positioning and every detail you require on the board as once approved by yourself you are confirming that all spelling, positioning is 100% correct as what you see is what you will receive, by approving the artwork you have agreed that everything is correct and you will take full responsibility if there are any layout, grammatical error's of any kind, and we will not be held responsible in any way, No refund will be issued and you will need to purchase again if you require a replacement.
We can only recommend using our pens we sell with our boards as these have been tested for quality purposes. There are other pen suppliers and wholesalers that recommend liquid wet wipe pens that simply do not wipe off cleanly. We cannot be held responsible for any shadows or ghosting left on our boards if you purchase liquid pens from an alternative supplier, and we are unable to offer any assistance or refund against our chalkboards because of the ghosting caused by other pens.
DeliveryPlease note that all of our products are made to order and therefore usually cannot be dispatched the next working day. If you require a product urgently please call us, and we will aim to make and dispatch your order in time.

Our standard delivery prices are :
£5.99 for items sent by DPD - this is typically for small items under A3 size.
£10.99 for delivery by DPD courier - this is typically for Mid size items over A3 size
£23.99 for delivery by DPD freight - this is typically for larger items (1 metre and above.)
Please note that these delivery times are an ESTIMATE only and delivery dates may vary due to the high demand of products, we will try to keep customers updated if an item will be delayed. Although we try to keep our standard size boards in stock, occasionally items might be out of stock; in this case, we will inform you if it will delay your order.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for items once they are sent out for delivery. If an item is delayed by our courier company or damaged we are not liable, however, we will investigate and try to resolve the problem. All items sent by courier should arrive the next working day once they are sent out for dispatch. If this is not the case we will investigate the problem with our courier company.
If there is damage externally please refuse to sign for the package and let us know immediately. Please check the contents thoroughly before signing. If your chalkboard is damaged on the inside upon opening please let us know immediately, but if you have signed for the goods there will be a charge for replacement.
Cancellations and returns
We take great care in our products and ensure that our products leave us in perfect condition. Although if you are unhappy with a product, please let us know within 7 working days of receiving the order. This does not apply for art-worked boards, please see "APPROVAL PROCESS AND TERMS" above and bespoke custom size boards see below. You are responsible for returning the items to the address above. CancellationStandard size boards can be cancelled at any point up to the dispatch date and a full refund will apply. Bespoke boards and boards with artwork will be subject to a cancellation fee and please note you are responsible for returning the items to the address above.
Returns And Refunds
As all of our goods are made to order we must urge you to check the contents BEFORE signing for the goods as you are signing to say you have received the good in good order.
Goods that you refuse by the courier and DO NOT sign for are subject to a full refund or a replacement product within 7 days of the delivery attempt. We accept no liability for consequential losses or re-work costs arising from any faulty or damaged products.
Standard SizeProducts that are not faulty can be refunded, the item(s) must be returned in unused and new condition and the customer is liable for postage costs/collection costs of the item. Please ensure products are wrapped and packaged carefully to avoid damage when returning the item. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods in good condition. We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning any items.
All Our Products Are Bespoke Products
Due to the nature of bespoke products, we cannot offer a full refund on these items once they have been delivered. A partial refund will be offered if you wish to return your item also you are responsible for returning the items to the address above.
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
