Please check all contents BEFORE signing for the goods, by signing for the goods you are agreeing you have received the item(s) in good condition, and you are accepting them. If the wedding board has been damaged in transit, you must sign as damaged, and contact us immediately, so we can product another one for you and get it out as soon as possible! So please make sure you check contents before signing for the goods, we use DPD courier which has been voted UK's most reliable courier but that being said......unfortunately no couriers are perfect.

Shipping & Delivery

If you receive a text message or email and then realise you will not be home to receive your delivery, no problem, you have a few choices you can choose to deliver your parcel anyway i.e. to a neighbour, change your 1-hour delivery slot?, arrange to collect your parcel, or you can change your delivery address.
You can check the estimated delivery time for each of our products. Because of the wide variety of products we offer, different products have different estimated delivery times. Please note that these delivery times are an ESTIMATE only and delivery dates may vary due to high demand of products, we will try to keep customers updated if an item will be delayed. We start to create your item on the first working day after we have received payment.
We use DPD, we have found these are the best courier company to use and supply the least damages, they are not perfect! Unfortunately there are NO perfect courier companies, but we feel we are using the best in terms of the service they provide to whom they are delivering too, they and not the cheapest! But the better service they provide is worth the extra charges, you will get a text message and an email the day we send your item’s.

Before Accepting the goods:

Ideally we would recommend within 6 weeks (usually once all your guests have confirmed their attendance).
You can still order as a priority should you be let down by a supplier or other issue. We will always try our very best to make sure each order is processed so that you have exactly what you need for your special day!
Our normal turnaround time is less than 21 days. (this allows the design team to work with you and forward your visual and make any necessary changes so that you are 100% satisfied before going to print).
On this occasion NO (as once approved the board will be sent to print and made ready for dispatch). On the flip side, we will not print your order until approval has been given.
Once an order is placed online, your order is processed the same day. Your item will be cut and painted (depending on surface you have chosen) and your artwork is forwarded onto our design team. Within the 14-day period, you will be sent a visual via email directly to you (provided all information has been received). If there are any changes to be made, the design team will make those changes within 48hrs and a new visual will be emailed to you for your final approval. Once approved, the board will be sent to print. It will be printed same day or next day for dispatch on the following day.
Yes we will always send you a visual via email for your approval. Once the item is approved, it is sent to print and dispatched.
If you should receive an incorrect board, we will always check that the item received is the same as the approved version. We will always check the names and spellings when designing the board, we will ask for you to take your time and go over the design with a fresh pair of eyes and check for all spellings and dates before giving your approval.
Should there be any issue that we are at fault, we will of course replace the item as a priority and send a replacement to you.
Should the issue lie with the customer, we can of course resupply a new version of the board at a resupply and redelivery cost to the customer.
Yes, as long as we still have time to get your new items designed and dispatched in time for your wedding, we can always add items to your original order and send out all the items together.
