Delivery Times

Our delivery times vary depending on the type of product ordered and its customization. Below are the estimated delivery times:

  • Standard and Art-worked Sizes: Blank in-stock sizes (A4, A3, A2, A1, A0) ship within 3 working days. Blank Custom sizes require 3-5 working days.
  • All Art-worked Custom and Standard Sizes: Take 3-7 working days, depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Supplied Artwork: If you supply the artwork, delivery is normally within 3-5 working days.

Urgent Orders: If your order is urgent, please contact us before purchasing to discuss your needs.

Additional Options

When ordering online, you have the option to select several add-ons to enhance your EverScribe™ Premium Chalkboard experience:

  • Drilled Holes and fixing kit: £4.50
  • Wooden shelf: £10.00
  • Chalks and eraser: £4.50
  • White chalk pen: £2.50
  • Pack of 5 coloured pens: £11.50

Delivery FAQ

Here are some frequently asked questions regarding delivery:

  • Not Home for Delivery: You can leave a signed note for the courier to leave your package with a neighbor or in a safe place.
  • Delivery Services: We use Parcel Force, DPD, and DX Freight for deliveries. You will be notified by text and email when your item ships.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on order size and are not included in the product price. The exact cost will be provided during checkout.
